GK team could have a chance to show their proof/evidence about these players with a short explanation about the event status. They shouldn't have accepted them if there were any suspicious activities and they really did a very unprofessional job by ending that event without any explanation. GK had time to check supporter candidates' account logs before accepting them. Only players that surprised me in your list are Vexon and Seraphirus. FoxyGamer and Fontes95 were banned permanently before the supporters event. RMT, bots, skins and hacking are against TOS and GameKing did the right thing by banning these kind of players. I don't play DMO anymore though I still have close friends who keep playing on Omegamon server.

I have decided to make this post to share my experience after seeing Ligma's post here.

I really dislike it when licensors just sell their license and don't care about the companies which are using it to make money. But I think I will not buy anymore stuff.
#Digimon masters online cheats 2018 update#
This update will just kill the Omegamon server. WeMade killed in-game economy and soon the game with this decision. WeMade's excuse was ''increase in the number of hackers who were abusing the system''. WeMade did a similar thing to the cash shop in Digimon Battle Online. GameKing should make Steam disable refunds for their in-game purchases just like other F2P games on Steam. ''Keep in mind that I will be only focusing on the recent Hacking issue that is happening on Steam DMO only and won't take requests of GameKing users as they belong into sending a ticket to Customer Support Service.'' From Regarding Hacked Users on Steam! post by GM_KatyKat. Effected users just couldn't manage to get attention as they were a rather small group. It was pretty much like the thing happened in the recent crown event. They have uploaded their videos on time and according to GameKing's terms/event conditions. This happened to three players I personally know, although they haven't done anything against TOS. But suddenly the company has decided to ignore some channel owners. The developer has sent e-mails from his official e-mail account about the supporter event schedule.

They really never improved the quality of the service and it seems like Bandai & Toei Animation don't really care about such low quality product and management. Digitalic, WeMade, JoyMax, MoveGames, GameKing. It's the responsibility of the licensors to keep their related products in proper quality level. But this experience really made me lose my love and respect towards the Digimon franchise, so I will never ever be buying their merchandise again. They will just close the game sooner or later. I guess this one will share the fate of Digimon Battle Online. Now I see event reward problems again and Steam Cash Shop ended up being like the limited shop of Digimon Battle Online. My account got hacked just like many other accounts, but I couldn't get a reply from their support team even though I provided all necessary information. A developer nicknamed RAINBOVV84 (He posts Steam updates.) made a supporter event, but they never rewarded their supporters. But the company support team, bots and hackers worked so hard that they made this game really impossible to play. It is a semi-completed game with lots of bugs and translation mistakes though if you love Digimon you will play it anyways. It will evolve into Sakuyamon, which is an acting representative of God's Will. This game had a lot of potential when it was launched, but it really lost the track. This Digimon was trained to remain calm under all circumstances.
